To mark the United Nations International Day of Peace we call on Defence Minister, Richard Marles, to cancel the Schools Nuclear Powered Propulsion Challenge.
Recently the Australian Education Union passed a motion saying that:
“A politicised pro-AUKUS curriculum has no place in our schools.”
It’s time Mr Marles put a greater focus on diplomacy and peace building.

We call on you to cancel the Schools Nuclear Powered Propulsion Challenge.
This program is a militarization of our schools curriculum which is brainwashing children to accept war as a way of conflict resolution.
There should be a greater focus of diplomacy and peace building within our schools curriculum.
